RB Overview
Role Security: High
07/28/25- Bucky Irving is expected to lead the backfield after averaging 17 carries, 4 targets and a 48% red-zone share late last season. Rachaad White averaged 11 carries and 2 targets from Week 7 on but was phased out during Weeks 17-18 and the Wild Card round, casting doubt on his role. Sean Tucker slots in as the No. 3 but could carve out a bigger spot if size is prioritized in the rotation.
WR Overview
07/28/25- Mike Evans and Chris Godwin remain the top two wideouts. Godwin saw more targets when both were healthy, but both were heavily involved. Godwin may not be fully recovered from a 2024 ankle injury, in which case, Rookie Emeka Egbuka will compete with Jalen McMillan for the No.2 and No. 3 spots, and first-round draft capital may tip the scales toward Egbuka to remain ahead of McMillan.
TE Overview
07/28/25- Cade Otton returns as the starting tight end but may often be the fourth option in the passing game due to the strength and depth at wide receiver.
