RB Overview
Role Security: Medium
04/28/25- Aaron Jones will be in competition for the No. 1 RB role after averaging 15.5 carries, 3 targets and a 64% red-zone rate last year times from Week 12 on. Newly acquired Jordan Mason should be the No. 2 RB, but coach Kevin O'Connell is on record saying he sees Jones and Mason as the 1A and 1B. If that's the case, Jones would likely see more receiving work while Mason would see more carries and red-zone work.
WR Overview
04/28/25- Justin Jefferson is the No. 1 WR after being targeted an average of 8.5 times in 2024. Jordan Addison is the No. 2 WR after averaging 9 targets from Week 12 on last year. Jalen Nailor could continue to see light usage as the No. 3 WR, but the Vikings did use a third-round pick on Tai Felton, who could quickly push Nailor for that role. Rondale Moore and Tim Jones should provide depth.
TE Overview
04/28/25- T.J. Hockenson is the lead TE after averaging 6.5 targets from Week 12 on last year. Josh Oliver is expected to be the No. 2 TE.
