RB Overview
Role Security: Very High
04/28/25- The Raiders used the No. 6 pick in this year's draft to select Ashton Jeanty, who is expected to be the everydown RB. Raheem Mostert and Sincere McCormick are likely to compete for a secondary role during training camp.
WR Overview
04/28/25- Jakobi Meyers is likely to remain the No. 1 WR after seeing 8.5 targets per game in 2024. In the second-round of the 2025 draft, the Raiders selected Jack Bech, who likely profiles as a slot WR, though with his draft capital, Bech could also be used outside. Tre Tucker seems ill suited for a primary role, though he should see the field in three-receiver sets. Fourth-round draft pick Dont'e Thornton and Kristian Wilkerson will compete for depth roles, and possibly push Tucker for playing time.
TE Overview
04/28/25- Brock Bowers is the lead TE after averaging 10 targets last year. The No. 2 TE is Michael Mayer, who averaged 3 targets from Week 11 in 2024.
