Best NBA Bets Today (Tuesday, Jabn. 27)

Tyrese Maxey over 3.5 made threes (+124) vs. Milwaukee Bucks

Alex Barutha: Maxey has cooled off from beyond the arc a bit, but he's still making 2.9 threes per game at 37.3% in January. The Bucks are a shell of a team at this point, and they're allowing the third-most made threes per 48 minutes across the past 10 games (14.6). In the last 30 days, they've allowed three players to go for 6+ made threes -- Nickeil Alexander-Walker (7), LaMelo Ball (6) and Bub Carrington (6).

Zion Williamson over 6.5 rebounds at Oklahoma City Thunder (-101)

DraftKings, 10:57 AM CT

Nick Whalen: We, of course, have some blowout risk here with the Pelicans coming to OKC as 14.5-point dogs, but the Thunder have covered just one of their last eight games as a double-digit favorite, so I won't be surprised if the Pelicans are able to hang around. Regardless, Williamson is coming off of back-to-back double-digit rebound games and went for nine boards in 28 minutes against the Thunder back on Nov. 2 — a game the Pels lost by 31 points. Over the last 10 games, OKC ranks dead-last in rebounds allowed per game, as well as total rebound percentage.

Kyshawn George under 17.5 points (+102) vs. Portland Trail Blazers

BetRivers, 3:30pm ET

Ken Crites: Portland's team defense is improving.  Over the season, they've given up a poor 117.5 points per game, which ranks 22nd in the Association. But over their last 11 games, they've given up only 110.5 points per game, which is impressive.  I expect to see Toumani Camara play some lock down defense on George. And  the return of veteran Jrue Holiday definitely improves Portland's D.  George hurt his ankle Saturday and was kept out of the rest of the game.  While the Wizards were being precautionary, I suspect George is not 100%.  The K-Train is 11-6 on the season and 61-49 overall, so feel free to fade!
