2025 Fantasy Outlook
Salah defied even the loftiest of expectations last season, putting up some of the best league numbers ever en route to Ballon d'Or consideration. He was the best player in the Premier League and it wasn't particularly close. Salah tallied 29 goals and 18 assists while leading Liverpool to the Premier League title. AFCON will cost him at least some matches this season, but when he's on the pitch there are few better options. Now 33 years old, there's always the chance for more rotation after Liverpool acquired Jeremie Frimpong, though there were rumors of rotation last season and instead Salah played all but 43 minutes in the Premier League. He also remains the unquestioned top choice from the penalty spot for Liverpool.
Assists on Saturday
Salah assisted once to go with three shots (two on goal), eight crosses (one accurate) and five corners in Saturday's 3-2 defeat against AFC Bournemouth.
ANALYSIS
Salah registered the most crosses in the game and also touched on Dominik Szoboszlai's equalizer in the 80th minute. Salah created two chances and also made two clearances. His league form this season has tremendously dropped off and his lack of productivity is clearly visible.

Traveling with Liverpool
Salah (international duty) is back in Liverpool and in the traveling squad for Wednesday's match against Marseille following AFCON, with coach Arne Slot saying "I'm really happy and pleased that he's back. In his absence I think we've done quite OK in terms of hardly conceding any chance. We start to create more and more - and if you start to create more and more, it's really helpful to have a player like Mo Salah."

Top target for Saudi Pro League?
Teams in the Saudi Pro League are expected to target a move for Salah in the summer, according to The Telegraph.
ANALYSIS
Salah started Liverpool's last two games since returning from AFCON duty, but the winger's relationship with the club is broken beyond repair, and he's extremely likely to leave the club in the summer. If that's the case, there shouldn't be a shortage of clubs keen on signing him, but the teams in the Saudi Pro League are likely to pursue him heavily.
