Mourino had an excellent defensive performance Tuesday as he and his fellow defenders kept Spurs at bay. He made eight clearances, won nine duels, intercepted three passes and won three tackles on the defensive end, and only allowing Spurs to have one shot on goal in the match. He did pick up a yellow card though, and given he already has two through four La Liga matches, that lack of discipline could turn into a problem.
