Benito (knee) was spotted back on the grass and taking part in ball work Wednesday for the first time since undergoing surgery, according to Diario de Navarra.

Benito suffered a torn ACL in late October and underwent surgery in early November before beginning a long term recovery process. The forward showed encouraging progress Wednesday after being spotted training on grass in football boots while also taking part in light ball work. This is excellent news for Osasuna, although Benito remains unlikely to return before the end of the season and is instead expected to focus on being fully ready for the start of the 2026/27 La Liga season.
