Wells is slated to sign with the Giants as an undrafted free agent, Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com reports.

Underwhelms with 4.58-second 40
WRFree Agent
March 2, 2025
Wells likely lowered his draft stock Saturday by running a 4.58-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, according to Chad Reuter of NFL.com.
ANALYSIS
NFL scouts were expecting a faster performance from the 6-foot, 201-pound wide receiver out of Mississippi State. Wells ranked eighth in the FBS with 19.8 yards per reception while compiling 28 catches for 553 yards and six touchdowns in 2024, but Reuter believes Wells could struggle to earn a roster spot at the NFL level.
