Jonathan Shore News: Holds franchise goal record

With a goal Friday, Shore became the youngest NYCFC player in history to score an MLS goal at just the age of 18 to get things going for the team Friday. He has impressed and performed above expectations, gifting him a spot on the senior team. The midfielder enters the Leagues Cup break making 14 starts in 23 appearances, scoring one on 14 shots (three on target) and averaging just about two tackles per contest.
