Jacob Bruun Larsen Injury: Late call to face Man City

Bruun Larsen (undisclosed) will be a late call to face Manchester City on Saturday, manager Scott Parker told media Thursday. "As for Jacob, he's trained the last couple of days and he was out with us today [Thursday], so I'm hoping he comes through tomorrow. I'm hoping he'll be around for the weekend, so I'll make a decision."

Bruun Larsen picked up an injury on international duty with Denmark and has been slowly working his way back into the group. The fact that he's been training for the last two days is positive, but a decision on whether the forward will be part of the squad will probably be made Friday. The recent signs are encouraging and appear to be trending in the right direction, though.
