Connor Roberts Injury: Progressing, won't feature Saturday

Roberts (strain) is progressing through rehabilitation, but is not yet an option, according to manager Scott Parker, per Matt Scrafton of the Burnley Express. "He's on the grass and he's progressed, but he's still not with us. His work's increased a lot, so hopefully it won't be too long now for Connor."

Roberts is seeing some progress this week but is not yet fit for play, with the defender getting back on grass but having yet to join the group. That said, he is still outside the group and looking for a return, hopefully coming in the next few matches. He could see the field when they face Aston Villa on Oct. 5, although that is up in the air depending on his training.
