Carlos Rodriguez News: Sets up opener in win

Rodriguez assisted once to go with one shot (one on goal), one cross (zero accurate) and five corners in Friday's 3-2 victory against Juárez.

Rodriguez used his vision to find Luka Romero in the second minute to give Cruz Azul an early lead. The central midfielder doesn't have a lot of upside across the board, as he doesn't stand out in any particular category, but he's able to chip in with assists and chances created here and there. This was his first assist of the season, but with 25 chances created in nine chances, his output in that category should undoubtedly be higher.
