2025 Fantasy Outlook
Moore made the jump straight from the University of Minnesota, where he had 12 goals and 21 assists in 38 games, to the NHL last season for a nine-game introduction with the Blackhawks. He had four assists in those games, averaging 13:35 of ice time, and he also played on Chicago’s second power-play unit. The Blackhawks' forward group is crowded in the top six, where the 20-year-old would likely fit best given his 5-foot-11 stature and speedy style of play, so it wouldn’t be surprising if he spends some time with AHL Rockford to start the season. However, if he grabs an NHL roster spot, he’s certainly capable of bringing enough complimentary offense to the table to be a fantasy option in deeper leagues, even as a rookie. His situation is worth monitoring in training camp. Read Past Outlooks

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could sign with Hawks
Moore may be enticed to sign an entry-level deal with the Blackhawks, Scott Powers of The Athletic reports Friday.
ANALYSIS
Moore's collegiate season ended Thursday when the Gophers suffered a 5-4 overtime defeat to the University of Massachusetts, leading to speculation that he could make the jump to the professional ranks. In that game, the 20-year-old center notched one assist, four shots and a minus-1 rating. On the year, the 2023 first-round pick racked up 12 goals and 21 helpers in 38 games with the University of Minnesota. If he does sign an entry-level deal, he could join the Hawks as early as Sunday's clash with Utah.
