Matthew Wilson News: Lands with Governors

Wilson is transferring to Austin Peay, per App State News.

Wilson will join the Governors after hitting the portal in late December. The redshirt freshman quarterback played in App State's bowl game loss to Georgia Southern, where he completed 12 of 22 passes for 128 yards and two interceptions and rushed 12 times for 110 yards with one touchdown. He'll have three years of eligibility to use up with Austin Peay.
