Jordan Dwyer News: Impressing so far

Dwyer is impressing his coaches in summer practices, Steven Johnson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Head coach Sonny Dykes said Dwyer was a standout in Friday's practice, a very promising sign for the FCS transfer. Dwyer caught 78 passes for 1,192 yards and 12 touchdowns last season. There was some speculation that Dwyer would play in the slot for the Horned Frogs, but 247Sports reports that at least during Friday's practice, he was playing on the outside.
