Noga will enter the transfer portal, per Ryan Harlan of Rivals.com.

Noga is coming off the most productive season of his four-year career thus far, posting 23 catches for 266 yards last fall. Now, he'll look to spend his final year of college ball somewhere outside of Oregon State, where he'll look to become a top wideout for a different program.
