Jaylen Henderson News: Adds first rushing score in 2025

Henderson was 2-for-4 passing for 16 yards during Saturday's 41-10 defeat versus Kansas. He also had seven rushes for 79 yards with one touchdown.

Henderson scored West Virginia's only touchdown against Kansas. It was his first rushing score with the team and his third of his career as he had two rushing scores at Texas A&M in 2023. Henderson has at least two rushing attempts in all four games this year, despite playing sparingly with limited snaps. It's possible that West Virginia makes a move at QB at some point this season and Henderson is the likely beneficiary of that decision. West Virginia will play Utah next week.
