Goose Crowder News: Cleared to start bowl game

Crowder (ankle) will start Tuesday's bowl game against Jacksonville State, Brett McMurphy of On3.com reports.

Crowder was carted to the locker room with an ankle injury during the Sun Belt Championship Game, but he's been given the green light to face Jacksonville State in the Salute to Veterans Bowl. He has racked up 1,314 passing yards and an 11:5 TD:INT during an injury-riddled 2025 campaign.
