Arvell Reese News: Moving on to NFL

Reese announced Jan. 8 that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Ohio State to enter the 2026 NFL Draft, Jake Trotter of ESPN.com reports.

A 6-foot-4, 243-pound edge rusher, Reese projects as a likely top-10 and potential top-five selection in the draft. During his junior season in 2025, Reese was a consensus All-American and the heart of an Ohio State defense that allowed just 9.3 points per game. He finished with 69 tackles, 6.5 sacks and two pass breakups over his 14 appearances for Ohio State.
