Smith surpassed the 148 receiving yards he recorded as a rookie in 2024 with his tally against Saskatchewan, which also constituted his first production from scrimmage since Week 4. Smith has recorded multiple catches in all four games in which he's logged offensive stats, and he's remained steadily involved as a kickoff returner, a role in which he's posted an average of 21.6 yards per touch. Smith next takes aim at the Tiger-Cats secondary and coverage units in a Week 9 home matchup Saturday afternoon.
