ANALYSIS
Blackwell will make the move to UTEP for the 2025-26 season after initially committing to UNC-Charlotte. The 6-foot freshman, a JUCO product, averaged 4.2 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 0.9 steals on 17.1 minutes per game during the 2023-24 season. Blackwell projects to be a reserve point guard option for UTEP next season.
