Tolle was the No. 50 overall pick in 2024, and in 2025 he had one of the best debut seasons of a pitching prospect in recent memory. An intimidating presence on the mound, the 6-foot-6, 250-pound mustachioed Tolle added a couple ticks to his fastball after getting drafted, which significantly raised his ceiling. He logged a 3.04 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 30.2 K-BB% in 91.2 innings while climbing from High-A to Triple-A. Tolle logged an unlucky 6.06 ERA across 16.1 innings in the majors to close the year and pitched out of the bullpen during the postseason. He is a flyball pitcher, but even so, his 27.8% HR/FB in the majors was a significant outlier, and he was uncharacteristically wild, logging a 10.8 BB% after posting a 6.3 BB% in the minors. Tolle's power attack starts with his upper-90s fastball, which averaged 96.6 mph and touched 99.7 mph in 2025. He rounds things out with a cutter, changeup, curveball and slider, with none of his pitches averaging less than 83 mph. Tolle's poor MLB results and the chance that he opens the year at Triple-A should keep his redraft price affordable all offseason, but prior to his MLB debut, he was seen as one of the best pitching prospects in the minors.
