2026 Fantasy Outlook
The 2025 season was Henry's first as a full-time reliever, and he eventually found his way into high-leverage appearances, netting seven holds and two saves over his final 14 outings before a back strain prematurely ended his season. Henry's four-seamer is a unique pitch, as he throws from a low slot and gets an ungodly amount of horizontal break, resulting in a .191 batting average against and a 29.3 percent whiff rate. It's easily the 26-year-old's most-used offering, which makes sense because he doesn't have much else to fall back on. Henry's walk rate was a bloated 13.3 percent, and he's an extreme flyball pitcher who yielded a 28.1 percent pull-air rate that was among the highest in baseball. The combination of those two things makes it very difficult for him to have sustained success in a late-inning relief role, though he could get the opportunity, anyway, given the state of the Nationals' bullpen.
