2026 Fantasy Outlook

Garrett missed the entirety of the 2025 season recovering from a UCL revision surgery which also required an internal brace in December. Garrett will be 14 months removed from surgery when pitchers and catchers report in 2026, but the last memories we have of him pitching was three impressive seasons of K-BB% with improving command. The 2024 ERA could be written off to an usustainable 60% left on base rate, but dreaming of an immediate return to 2023 production would be greedy. Garrett is more likely to come in somehwere closer to his 2022 numbers, which are good enough on the surface, but lack the volume necessary to be considered for mixed league draft day plans.
