Spencer Arrighetti Injury: Makes second rehab appearance

Arrighetti (thumb) struck out two batters and allowed three runs (two earned) on four hits and one walk while striking out two batters over 3.1 innings while making his second rehab start Friday for Double-A Corpus Christi.

Arrighetti was sharper in his first rehab outing with Corpus Christi six days earlier, though he did push up his pitch count from 43 to 61. Arrighetti will make at least one more rehab appearance before being activated from the 60-day injured list.
