Chris Devenski News: Booted from 40-man roster

The Mets designated Devenski for assignment Sunday.

Devenski will lose his spot on the 28 and 40-man rosters Sunday as Sean Manaea returns from the paternity list. Devenski threw one scoreless inning during his latest three-day MLB stint. He's logged a 2.16 ERA in 16.2 innings with the Mets in 2025, and would likely remain in the organization if he clears waivers.
